Returns & Exchanges

At The Lavender Mermaids, we truly want you to love the treasures you bring home.

Because many of our items are handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we are not able to accept general returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out and we will make it right.

If there is an issue with your order:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include a photo of the item and packaging
• Email us at hello@thelavendermermaids.com

We will happily work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

A few quick notes

• Vintage items may show gentle signs of age and character. We do our best to photograph and describe items carefully.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Classes and workshops are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.
