Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Please note that handmade or custom items may take additional time to prepare. If so, this will be noted in the product description. Fragile items are packed carefully using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.
Local Pickup
Local customers in the Sequim / Port Angeles area may choose local pickup at checkout.
You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will gladly help if an issue arises.
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist.
